AESYS’ wide range of equipment and manufacturing capability is suitable for large scale production and fabrication of custom process steam generators, component pressure parts, non-cryogenic pressure vessels for stationary process applications and custom design and fabrication of sheet-metal based product, similarly processed under the same quality control and assurance systems which is the foundation of the Y-SG and J&CHVAC product lines.

The 28 acre (11.3 hectare) property comprises a 258,000 square foot (23,969 square meter) facility incorporating general office, storage and manufacturing process space as well as affording ample parking, heavy haul access and green spaces. The corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility is strategically located in South Central Pennsylvania, USA - at the crossroads of major highways, rail transportation systems and international shipping ports.

With over 225,000 square feet (20,903 square meter) of dedicated manufacturing capacity, AESYS eliminates the need for multiple outside sources of supply by offering complete design, engineering, manufacturing and testing services. All activities associated with product integrity are tightly controlled and documented by its strict quality assurance programs.

By maintaining certain fabrication certifications and employing third party inspection and certification service providers, product quality control procedures, applicable standards, together with product performance, dependability, and sustained life-cycle service in industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) facilities worldwide, is ensured.

Custom designed and fabricated ASME Section I, 200 PSIG (1379 kPa) design, 40,000 PPH (18143 Kg/hr) Solid Fuel Fired Steam Generator, comprising a 2-pass firetube vessel with integral watertube membrane.
ASME Section VIII, 285 PSIG (1965 kPa) design, Carbon Steel Filter Housing with internal filter cartridge and external helical stainless steel heating coil for use in petrochemical industry.
