To register, review the Program Rates and Schedule and select the Program No. and Schedule Dates. Then download the BTP Registration Form below that corresponds with the year the training will be administered. Please read and understand all information provided therein. Complete the registration form in its entirety. Failure to provide all required information may cause the Program dates requested to be rejected. Legibly print or type and provide authorizing and acknowledging signatures, where indicated.

Registrants are accepted on a ‘first come, first served basis’. Class size is limited, so you are encouraged to register early. Registration will not be accepted until received with payment in full and all required information obtained.
